1-2 pounds ground beef
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 small bag frozen Ore Ida tater tots
salt and pepper
shredded sharp cheddar cheese for sprinkling on top

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Brown ground beef, salt and pepper to taster. Drain. Add in Cheddar Cheese Soup. Spread in glass casserole dish. Layer with tater tots and cover that with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until tater tots are done - about 30-40 minutes. The tater tots will be crispy brown.

If you like a lot of cheese on top like me, you have to bake a little longer to make sure the tater tots are done. Also, I like to use flavored Campbell's cheese soups like Fiesta or Mexican. This is wonderful recipe for Mom's on the go! Can easily be doubled.
