! pkg. cornbread mix
1/3 cup milk
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapenos seeded and chopped (wear rubber gloves.)
1 small pkg. cream cheese - cut into small pcs.
1 handful grated sharp cheese.
Mix well and follow direction below.

1, Melt butter, brush waffle iron, top and bottom,
Put in waffle iron and cook as usual.
you can top with honey, or top with fried egg.

. Tip, put honey in glass jar or container and set on top of waffle iron while waffle is cooking. Will be nice and warm when ready to drizzle over waffle.
