5 cups cucumbers
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
3 cups celery
3 cups onions
1/4 cup salt
1 qt. white vinegar
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
3 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
finely chop or grind cucumbers, peppers, celery and onions. Put in a container and cover with water and add 1/4 cup salt. Refrigerate overnight. Drain and add 3 cups sugar,1 qt. white vinegar, 2 tsp. mustard seed and 2 tsp. celery seed. Boil for 10 min. and put in steralized jars. No need to cold pack.
