2 cups of uncooked rice (prefer Mahatma Long Grain, Jasmine or Basmati)
4 cups of water
1-2 Tbsp. of butter, margarine, or oil from fried chicken (Shhh! Don’t tell anybody)
1 packet of Sazan Goya with azafran

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water and oil in medium saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Add your rice and seasoning to the boiling water. Stir to even out ingredients. Reduce heat to low/simmer for 20 minutes. Bam! You got yellow rice.
