2 lbs. green beans
4 cloves garlic
4 dill heads
1 tsp. red pepper
2 tbls. coarse salt
4 cups vinegar
4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Put beans in steralized jars (arrange the beans lengthwise in the jar) with garlic, dill and 1/4 tsp. red pepper. Heat salt, sugar, vinegar and water to boiling. Pour over beans and seal. Put in water bath for 12 min. Wait up to 6 weeks before opening. Makes 4 pints.
