2 cups whipping cream (oldest date you can find)
1/2- 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Chill whipping cream in freezer for 6-8 Minutes. Chilled beaters & bowl in frig for 30 minutes
Beat all ingredients at one time until cream forms soft peaks
