2 brownie mixes
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Spanish peanuts

Fudge topping
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Make brownie mixes as directed & bake in 9 X 12 baking dish (glass)
Cool completely
Mix all ingredients for fudge topping (except vanilla)
Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes AFTER mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Cool completely
After brownies have completely cooled spread softened vanilla ice cream over brownies. Then press Spanish peanuts into ice cream. Put in freezer. When fudge topping is completely cooled pour over ice cream & nuts. Freeze completely. Cut into squares to serve
