1 tsp. instant coffee
2 tsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Kahlua
1 box powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coffee and lemon juice in a small bowl until coffee is dissolved. Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer. Add the coffee mixture. Pour in the Kahlua and mix well. Add powdered sugar and mix. Serve with green apple slices or ginger snaps.
