1 (3 oz) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 cups tomato juice
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
olives, chopped
dash of cayenne pepper
1 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, optional
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer spices in tomato juice for 10 minutes. Strain over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Chill until it begins to set. Add onions, celery, etc. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.
