6-7 pound turkey breast
1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley
1/8 cup salt
1/8 cup coarse ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the skin and place turkey breast-side down into large crock-pot and add other ingredients. Cook for approximately 8-12 hours(until falls off the bone). Remove bones and pull apart allowing liquid to be absorbed. You can serve plain or add ½ cup Maurice’s mustard based sauce and ¼ cup catsup. Serve on buns or over rice. Low fat and low calorie. Makes a great tailgate food. Serve with vinegar based coleslaw.
