2 quarts cucumbers sliced think (about 5)
1 large onion sliced thin
2T. salt
2/3c. each oil, vinegar an sugar
1t. dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cucumber, onions and salt in large bowl. Let stand 2 hours. Drain wel. Pac in freezer containers leaving 1" head space. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and dill. Pour into each container to cover. Seal. Freeze or refrigerate.

This makes 2 qt. of crisp, crunchy pickles to keep in refrigerator or freezer for hot weather meals.
