1 10 “ pie crust unbake

4 cups blue berries
1 1/4 cup sugar divided
2 Tablespoons flour
2 Tablespoons corn starch

1 8 oz package cream cheese
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup whipping cream divided

Directions:
Directions:
combine blueberries, 1 cup sugar, flour, and cornstarch stir slightly, mashing berries until there is enough juice to absorb all the dry ingredients Pour into pie crust and bake at 450 for 20 min.

Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup of sugar, beat in eggs, vanilla, and 1/2 cup whipping cream until combined. Remove pie from oven and pour mixture over the hot pie. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Serve warm or chilled with whipped remaining cream.
