1 clove minced garlic
1 large onion chopped
1/4 cup butter
4 cups broccoli cut up
1 can mushroom soup
7 oz of sharp cheese (grated)
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained or 1/4 lb fresh (saute with onion)
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onions

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic. Spoon into large greased casserole dish. Cook broccoli until crunchy and add to casserole. Add mushrooms and almonds. In separate bowl, blend soup and cheese. Fold into casserole. Top with almonds and buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
