2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 oz. beer

Directions:
Soften cream cheese, mix in dry ranch dressing mix then beer. Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix. Serve with pretzels.
This recipe can easily be cut in half.
