3 C ham cubed
4 eggs
American cheese slices
1 can of cream of chicken soup
16 slices bread
1/2 pt heavy cream
2/3 C milk

9x13 baking dish

Directions:
Directions:
Butter dish with melted butter
Trim crust off of bread
Line the bottom of the pan with bread
Cover bread with ham
Lay cheese on bread and ham
Mix remaining ingredients
Pour over cheese layer
Top with bread slices
Brush butter on top side or dip in butter before putting in casserole
Bake at 325º for 1 hour & 15 min. or until knife comes out clean

This is my family favorite. Ever since I was a little girl my mom would make this dish on Christmas Eve and put in the oven on Christmas morning. While we were opening presents you could smell it cooking. Yummy! Now, I serve it on Christmas morning to my mom and family.
