1 bunch of broccoli florets
8 slices bacon
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash broccoli and cut off stems, cut florets into smaller pieces. Put in a large bowl. Chop bacon into pieces and cook until crisp and drain. Add bacon. raisins, onion, and sunflower seeds to broccoli. Stir mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar together and pour over broccoli mixture. Stir well refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.

You can substitute toasted almonds for the sunflower seeds.
You may substitute grapes halved for the raisins.
