2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pound fully cooked ham, ground
1 pound ground pork

Glaze:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, crushed crackers, onion, dry mustard and pepper. Add ground ham and ground pork, mix well. Shape into an 8" x 4" loaf and place in larger baking pan. Bake at 350º for one hour. Combine ingredients for glaze and spoon over loaf. Bake 20 minutes more.
