1/2 lb. elbow pasta
onions-chopped fine
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta and onion together (have onion cut up in small pieces). Drain well. Melt butter. Mix together cheese, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Stir sauce into pasta. Mix over heat. You may need to add more milk or salt and pepper to your taste. Pour into a greased casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 for one hour until a golden color.
