1.5 lbs cooked, peeled shrimp
1 cup almond meal
1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
2 eggs
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
green cabbage leaves

Mango Salsa (find in separate recipe)

1. In a bowl, mix eggs and spices together
2. In a separate bowl, mix almond meal and coconut shreds
3. Remove tails from shrimp if not done so already
4. Set up an assembly line
a) egg mixture
b) almond meal mixture
c) an empty plate
5. Dip shrimp in egg mixture
6. Dip shrimp in almond meal mixture. Make sure to coat the shrimp on both sides and then place on the empty plate
7. After shrimp have been coated, place oil in pan and heat up on medium-high heat
8. Once oil has heated, place shrimp in pan, cook for 2 minutes on one side, flip and then repeat on the other side
9. Remove and place shrimp on another empty plate
10. After all the shrimp have been cooked, assemble your tacos
a) place shrimp inside the cabbage leaf
b) top with mango salsa
