Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10-15 Whole Jalapeņos
1 block of cream cheese
1 pack of bacon
Seasoning salt
Buffalo Sauce

(optional)
Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Let the block of cream cheese sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or longer. Cut the top off of the jalapeņos then cut in half (long ways)
Remove seeds and veins and rinse. Mix cream cheese, seasoning salt (to your liking), buffalo sauce, and hot sauce (optional) together in a bowl until the cream cheese turns the color of the sauces. Take a knife or spoon and fill the jalapeņo halves. Cut the pack of bacon in half. Tightly wrap a 1/2 piece of bacon around the jalapeņo (wrap from top to bottom). Cook on 350 degrees 30-45 minutes until the bacon is crisp.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
As long as you remove the veins and seeds, the jalapeņos are not that hot. I like to add other spicy seasoning along with my buffalo and hot sauces. I also like my bacon real crisp so I cook mine close to 45 minutes.
