2 TSR white vinegar
¼ TSR salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, vinegar, and salt in a 2 cup measuring cup or bowl and microwave on high until it boils. Stir mixture in a circular motion. Pour in egg and continue to stir gentle for 3 seconds. Cover with a saucer and let stand for 4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon.
