1 cup skim or 1% milk
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
2 scoops ice cream

Put first 4 ingredients in blender. Add ice cubes and ice cream. Garnish with whipped cream or cinnamon sticks.
