1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 cup light coloured raisins
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together. In separate bowl mix egg, salad oil and milk and vanilla together with raisins... stir into dry ingredients, bake till light brown at 350 - 375 degrees.
