■1 pound crab meat- colossal
■¼ cup celery- micro diced
■¼ cup white onion-micro diced
■¾ cup mayonnaise
■1 cup panko
■2 Tbls lemon juice
■½ Tbls kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in medium size mixing bowl. (Reserve half of the panko for breading)

Mix gently in bowl making sure not to break crab into small pieces.

Break mixture into four separate cakes. (Use round cutter mold if possible).

Lightly dredge just top and bottom of each cake with reserved panko.

Place cooler and let set four at least one hour.

Heat skillet on medium high heat and seer one side of cake then gently flip and sear opposite side as well until it’s a beautiful golden brown.

Place in oven at 350 degrees for 10 min and serve
