1 lb. hamburger
1 can (46-oz.) tomato juice
1 can tomato paste
1 can (12-16-oz.) tomato sauce
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 lb. box Lasagna noodles
˝ tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried onion
garlic salt to taste
1 tbsp. oregano leaves
12-oz. mozzarella cheese
Flat cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in skillet and drain. Let cool. Cook noodles and drain in cold water. While noodles are cooking make sauce by combining tomato juice, sauce, paste, etc. Add meat and cheese last. Layer in 13x9-inch pan; sauce, noodles, sauce…till gone. Bake at 350° for 60-75 minutes. Add flat cheese last 10 minutes to baking. To brown cheese, broil for several minutes. Let stand.
