2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed, and drained
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 cup diced radish
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1-1/2 tsp. sugar
1-1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato wedges for garnish
Fresh parsley for garnish

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, celery, onion, parsley, and other vegetables. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, sour cream and salt. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with tomatoes and parsley and serve. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
