2 Cucumbers
1/2 Sweet Onion
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery salt
4 Tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice cucumbers and place in a bowl. Thinly slice onion and break slices apart into individual rings, placing them in the bowl with cucumber slices. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables.

Keep refrigerated. As cucumbers and onions are eaten, more may be sliced and placed in the bowl.
