8 apples, peeled and cut into chunks
1C apple juice
Pinch of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
1-2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook apples in juice on medium heat. As juice boils, stir and mash apples as they cook down.
Sprinkle sauce with sugar and spices.
Reduce heat and simmer till thickened, 7-10 minutes.

This recipe is versatile... on a busy day I dice a few apples, add a splash of juice & cinnamon!

Warm applesauce with pork chops is my favorite! Meghan loves this applesauce and when she's home, there are no left-overs!
