1 quart blackberries; sugar to taste
2 cups sugar
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups of milk
1 stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat berries and sugar on top of stove over medium heat until hot. Mix 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar, and 2 cups milk until mixture is well blended.
Place butter in 9x13 pan and melt in oven. Add flour mixture. Pour berries over top. Bake until brown on top about 25 minutes.
