Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup karo syrup
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
6 cups rice krispies
1 bag of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Measure out all ingredients before starting. Spray Pam on a jelly roll pan (12 ½ x 17 ½ x 1” deep).
In a large microwaveable bowl (large enough for all 6 cups of rice krispies), melt the sugar and karo syrup for about 1 minute in the microwave. Mix sugar and syrup together and add the peanut butter. The peanut butter will melt into the warmed sugar and syrup. Add the marshmallows and heat in the microwave a minute at a time until they melt into the melted peanut butter mixture. When these four ingredients are melted add the rice krispies. Stir together and then spread on the jelly roll pan.
Melt the chocolate chips one minute at a time in the microwave. After each minute stir the chocolate chips until completely melted. Usually takes 2 ½ to 3 minutes on high. Spread over the top of the rice krispies. I place them in the freezer for a while until the chocolate has hardened. Cut as desired.
