3 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 can pie filling, fruit of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until frothy; add one package cream cheese at a time beating until creamy. Add sugar and vanilla. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into 9" x 12" sping form pan. Bake 350º for one hour. Top will brown. Top with pie filling individually as served.
