1) 2 lbs chicken breast, cubed

2) 1/4 lb deli sliced ham

3) 2 Tbsp.. olive oil

4) 3 Tbsp.. Italian bread crumbs (recipe attached also)

5) 8 oz fresh spinach

6) 8oz mozzarella cheese

**Italian Bread Crumbs**

1) 1 cup plain bread crumbs
2) 1/2 tsp.. of salt
3) 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
4) 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
5) 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder
6) 1/4 tsp. of onion powder
7) 1/4 tsp. of dried oregano
8) 1/4 tsp. of dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pour oil into skillet. Heat on medium and coat bottom of pan.

2) Put chicken in pan, add bread crumbs and cook until the outside of the chicken has begun to turn white.

3) Cut the deli ham into strips, add to chicken and cook until chicken is done.

4) Layer spinach on top of chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper, turn the burner down to medium low and cover skillet. cook until spinach has cooked down. Sprinkle cheese on top, cook until cheese is melted.

Italian Bread Crumbs:
Mix together in blender thoroughly combined. Store in an air tight container
