1 cup of Natural Peanut Butter
1 cup of Sugar
1 large Egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
Coarse Sea Salt

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F and place the racks in the upper and lower third of the oven.

In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined. Spoon 1 tbsp. of mixture about 1 inch apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flatten the cookies with the tines of a fork. Sprinkle coarse sea salt on top of the cookies.

Bake the cookies until golden around the edges, about 10 minutes, switching the position of the pans halfway through the baking. Transfer to racks to cool. And repeat with the leftover dough.
