1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell Cream of Mushroom or Cream of chicken soup, 1 C water, 3/4 C uncooked regular long grain rice, (I use minute rice)1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves.

In 2 qt. shallow baking dish mix soup, water, rice, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on rice mixture, Sprinkle w/additional paprika and pepper. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. or until done. I always add: sauted green pepper, about 6 T butter, a handful of dried mushrooms, salt & pepper, some garlic powder and onion powder. Can add more water or milk so it won't be dry. Add this before putting in chicken.
