Ingredients: First layer: Crust: 1 cup flour 1 stick butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans OR 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup melted butter
Second Layer: 1-8 oz package cream cheese--softened 1 cup powered sugar 1/2 LARGE container Cool Whip
Third Layer: 2 small Packages any flavor INSTANT jello--I usually use chocolate 3 cups COLD milk

Directions:Choose a crust If using graham cracker crust, combine all ingredients & press firmly in bottom of 9 X 13 greased glass baking dish If using flour crust, combine all ingredients. Press firmly into bottom of 9 X 13 greased glass baking dish. Bake 350º for 15 minutes. COOL COMPLETELY
Second Layer Beat Cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over first layer making sure edges are sealed
Third layer Mix pudding & milk until smooth. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until pudding has thickened.
