1 Duncan Hines Pudding Recipe Yellow cake mix
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix,1 egg and oil until crumbly (reserve 1 cup)
Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13X9X2 pan -- bake 15 minutes at 350º

Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth

Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture

Bake 15 minutes longer

Cool

Cut into bars
