4 or 5 lg. chicken breasts
1 pkg. vermicelli
1 lg. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 lb. velveeta cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 jar mushrooms (drained)
1 can Lesueur peas (drained)
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in pressure cooker and save broth. Cook pasta in chicken broth, add water if necessary.
Saute chopped peppers, and onion in butter. Add mushrooms, peas, Rotel tomatoes, and chopped chicken.Take off stove and add velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and add pasta.

Bake at 400º until brown.. (20 min)
