2 frying chickens, cut up
salt and pepper
1 - 5 1/2 oz. pkg. slivered almonds
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. white wine or vermouth
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Lay in shallow baking dish. Cover with 2/3 of almonds. Mix soups together with wine. Pour over chicken and almonds. Sprinkle lots of Parmesan cheese and remainder of almonds on top. Bake at 350º for 2 hours.
