Graham Cracker Shell
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup cream of coconut
1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. cheesecake instant pudding mix
1 - 6 oz. frozen coconut
1 - 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions:

Beat cream cheese & cream of coconut until smooth.
Stir in pudding mix. Fold in Cool Whip and Chill until set.
