Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar (apple cider)
1/2 cup sugar
Ramen noodle seasonings (2 pkgs. - Beef)

Mix dressing and let set in refrigerator overnight.

1/2 chopped cashews
1 cup sunflower nuts (kernels) 1 cup slivered almonds 1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles broken (I put them in a plastic bag and use the side of a hammer to break them up).

Brown in the 1/2 cup butter, the broken Ramen noodles, almonds, cashews, and sunflower nuts. Do not burn!! Drain on paper grocery bag. Cool. Set aside.

1/2 cup diced green peppers & 1 bunch of green onions, thinly sliced using part of the green tops.

Before serving, mix the peppers, green onions with 1 lb. bag of Coleslaw mix. Add the crunchy nut mixture and the dressing. Mix well.

This makes a large batch! For just our family I use 1/2 of the recipe. And if I make a big recipe of it, I don't mix it all at the same time unless it is a large group. It can get soggy pretty quick.

It can all be made a day or two ahead of time, just don't mix it together.
