10 oz. pkg. broken romaine lettuce
1/4 cup diced onion
2 pkgs. baby peas (frozen) cooked slightly & drained
1 1/2 cup mayonaise mixed with 2 T. sugar
2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
10 pieces fried bacon (crumbled)

Place in large bowl in same order as listed in recipe.

Make ahead and let set in refrigerator overnight.
