Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream (sweetened) or you may use Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and flour. Sprinkle the mixture in pan and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350º.
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla and eggs. Whip and beat the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
Put 1/2 the crumb mixture into 9" x 13" pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over crumbs. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over filling to create a marble effect (may use a toothpick to help stir in the melted chips to prevent large chunks). Add remaining crumb mixture to top. Freeze.
