6 C. Milk
5 lb bag flour
1 C. Honey
6 eggs
3 heaping tbsp. yeast.
1 C. melted butter
2 tbsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk with honey. When cooled, add yeast. Allow to rise. Add enough flour to make “gloopy”. Add eggs, butter, and salt. Add enough flour to make wooden spoon stand up right.
Cover and allow to rise 2 to 3 times, stir down every half hour. Knead on floured surface. Form into rolls or bread. Place on grease sheet or bread pan. Rise again. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. (about 20-25 minutes) makes 5 -6 loafs
