3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon water
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Soften butter and beat well. Add sugar & mix well.Add cocoa, vanilla & water, Then add oatmeal. Shape into balls and roll in powered sugar, Keep in refrigerator,
