2 cups flour
½ cup oatmeal
½ cup brown sugar
½ pound margarine (1 cup)
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 jar caramel sauce
1 pint vanilla ice cream (more)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine; add flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and pecans. Pat thin on a large cookie sheet and bake at 400º F for 15 minutes. Crumble while hot and spread ½ on bottom of 9”x13” pan. Drizzle ½ jar caramel on crumbs. Then layer on softened ice cream, the rest of the crumbs and caramel sauce.
