1 large can peaches, drained
1 can apricots, drained
1 can pears, drained
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
2 cups dark sweet cherries
2 Tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches, pears & apricots. Mix in 2-quart casserole.

Blend butter, brown sugar and curry powder, spoon over fruit. Bake at 325º F for 15 minutes. Carefully mix in 2 cups dark sweet cherries, drained. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve warm as a meat accompaniment. Serves 8-10.
