2 eggs
2 Tbsp. instant yeast
8 Tbsp. sugar
7-8 cups flour (until dough is pliable like play dough)
6 Tbsp. oil
3 cups water (lukewarm – 115)
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 4 cups of flour.
In a separate bowl, whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add to flour-yeast mixture. Blend well. Add remaining flour and salt and knead to pliable texture. Put 1-2 teaspoons of oil into bowl and cover surface. Place dough in bowl and roll once in oil. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Punch down. Let rise again for 15 minutes. Punch down and form into buns.
Put buns in a greased pan; cover and let rise on kitchen counter or in a warm place 1 hour. Bake in 350º F oven for 15-18 minutes.
Brush melted butter on after baking. Makes 4-5 dozen buns.
