2 packages (101/2 ozs.each) frozen broccoli spears.
6 chicken breast halves, cooked, skinned, cut into chunks.
2 cans (101/2 ozs. each) cream of chicken soup.
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup stuffing mix
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine, melted.

1. Cook broccoli by package directions, but slightly undercook; drain.
2. Arrange in a greased, 3 quart (9 x 13 inch)
baking dish. Arrange some of the broccoli florets around the edge of the casserole. Arrange chicken over broccoli.
3. Combine undiluted soup, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise, curry powder and cheese; spread over mixture in casserole.
4. Combine struffing mix, bread crumbs and melted margarine. Sprinkle over top.
5. Bake in a 350 degree for 40 minutes or until bubbly.

chicken casseroles. The dish can be made ahead and frozen, except for the crumb topping.
