4 cups corn, prepared and chilled
1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion (or sweet onion)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed chili cheese flavored corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, peppers, onions, mayo and cheese together.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
Stir in crushed chips just before serving. (I serve the chips on the side, because the salad will keep for several days without the chips. We just sprinkle them on top as we eat the salad).
