54 Ritz crackers crushed
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 cube margarine melted
FILLING
16 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Small can frozen pink lemonade ((thawed)

Combine and press into 13 X 9 oblong pan. Reserve some crumbs for topping.
FILLING:
Combine and spread over crust then sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate.
